Brandon Tollefson

Brandon is originally from Champlin, MN and has been in the real estate industry for over 20 involved as a custom homebuilder, real estate agent, and land developer. In addition, he owned title and mortgage companies. He moved to Arizona four years ago and has been a member of the Rider Elite Team working within the Builder Trade In Program for 3 ½ years. Brandon graduated from Augsburg College and is married to Cathy. They have two beautiful daughters ages 12 and 8. In his spare time, Brandon likes to vacation, spend time with his family and play golf.


Keith Burton

Keith Burton has twelve plus years of experience as a Realtor/Broker for new construction and existing homes along with land and development experience in Minnesota/Wisconsin real estate. Keith has earned the E-Pro certification for technology based real estate. In 2005 he also received a certificate from St. Thomas University for completing the Mini Masters program in Real Estate Development. In previous years, Keith has run small and large retail operations and sales organizations from copiers to advertising and has increased sales, communication and team commitment to help obtain an overall team goal. Keith enjoys playing and watching hockey, golf and all sports in general; although, he is still learning to maneuver his new titanium body parts. Mitch Gladstone

Mitchel Gladstone Bio Mitch Gladstone began his career in Real Estate 30 years ago as New Home Sales Associate in Corpus Christi Texas. Mitch moved to Phoenix Arizona in 1987 to continue his New Home Selling Career with UDC Homes. In 1988 Mitch was nominated MAME Sales Person of the Year and was awarded Sales Leader of the Month 4 times that year. Between 1990-1996 Mitch joined LaurelCrest Homes as Vice President Sales and Marketing. From 1996-2000 Mitch opened his own Real Estate Consulting Company developing Marketing and Sales Strategies for local Homebuilding Companies. In 2000 Mitch opened Gladstone Custom Homes building custom homes and large renovation and remodeling in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. In 2005 Mitch became partner and designated broker of Keller Williams Northeast Realty, in Phoenix Arizona in which he still holds an ownership role. In addition in 2006 opened First Step Mortgage, mortgage provider for Keller Williams. In 2013 Mitch joined the National Builder Trade-In Program as a Builder Specialist..


Craig Deck

Craig has been in the real estate industry for 21 years and his background includes residential real estate appraisal. He has specialized in new construction as well as luxury homes doing business with a majority of builder for over 20 years. They include Shea homes, Taylor Morrison, T.W. Lewis, Fulton Homes, Toll Brothers, Maracay, and Ashton Woods. Craig conducted appraisals for these builders as well as personal consulting. Craig also owned an appraisal company for 10 years. He has been with the Rider Elite Team for 3 ½ years covering the west side of Phoenix and working with Shea Homes and Taylor Morrison.


Bill Warner

Bill has over 38 years experience serving the real estate needs of Developers, Buyers and Sellers in Arizona. Starting in 1979 as a residential real estate agent and going on to become an Arizona real estate broker. Bill has extensive experience in real estate development, project management, training and marketing throughout 8 counties in Arizona. He has consistently achieved the highest levels of industry success in subdivision development, listing and sales. Through the National Builder Trade in Program, Bill currently works with a number of builders including Pulte, Monterey, Taylor Morrison, Toll Brothers, AV Homes and Keystone. He brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise to both you and the Builder Trade In Program/Rider Elite Team.
